WHAT IS MY BEAUTY WHISPER?
My Beauty Whisper is a free and personalized beauty consultation app active all year round, 7 days a week, from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
On My Beauty Whisper you can find advice, events and news regarding the world of Beauty and Cosmetics: make up, skincare, fragrances, haircare ... and much more!
WHAT IS A BEAUTY CONSULTATION AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
Beauty consultations are a free and exclusive service of My Beauty Whisper.
The consultations are moments entirely dedicated to our users who wish to receive advice on Beauty, Cosmetics and much more. After completing the registration on the App, our algorithm will suggest the Beauty Experts best suited to the needs and interests of users.
There are three types of consultancy: via CHAT, via CALL or via VIDEO CALL.
At the end of the CALL and VIDEO CALL consultations, users will receive a delivery notification of the products that have been recommended and the address of the nearest store where to go to buy them, or a link to the e-commerce site (where available).
WHO ARE THE BEAUTY EXPERT?
The Beauty Experts are qualified and specialized resources in different areas of the Beauty and Cosmetics world who will assist the client during free consultations.
They are also an integral part of the My Beauty Whisper schedule of events being themselves the guests of Live and Classroom
WHAT IS A LIVE?

Live events are open to all users who have downloaded the My Beauty Whisper app and created a profile. In these live events, our Beauty Experts and / or our affiliated Brands present new products and tackle ever-current issues in the world of Beauty and Cosmetics.
Attendees have the ability to communicate with speakers via chat and receive answers to their questions live
WHAT IS A CLASSROOM?
The Classrooms are subscription events reserved for 10 users of our Community. The Classroom is an in-depth space in which Live themes will be dealt with in detail and various beauty routine techniques can be learned. It will in fact be possible to watch the application of the products that will be presented and to get to know the tips for complete beauty routines live.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with the "teachers / Beauty Experts" both by video and by voice, thus establishing interesting conversations with them and other users
WHAT IS A PAID CLASSROOM?
The paid Classrooms are exclusive events reserved for 10 users of our Community, which include special guests and important personalities from the Beauty and Cosmetics world, or the sending of welcome kits / special boxes. In the paid Classrooms, users will have the opportunity to receive advice and learn various beauty routine techniques from the most exclusive experts in the sector.
HOW CAN I STAY UPDATED ON MBW EVENTS?

The best way not to miss the My Beauty Whisper events is to activate Push Notification.
On iOS go to Settings> Notifications> My Beauty Whisper and activate the Allow Notifications command.
On Android go to Settings> Notifications> and activate the My Beauty Whisper command.
WHAT ARE MY BEAUTY WHISPER COINS AND WHAT ARE THEY USED FOR?
MBW COINs are the new currency in the My Beauty Whisper world.
Thanks to the use of MBW COINs, users will be able to participate in exclusive events within the MBW schedule, consisting of Live and Classroom.
Furthermore, by performing various actions within the MBW App you will have the opportunity to earn MBW COIN!
HOW CAN I BUY MY BEAUTY WHISPER COIN?
It's that simple! In the Profile section, by clicking on Buy, you can choose the one that best suits your needs from different packages.
(If you use the iOS operating system your purchases will be processed through your APPLE Account while for the Android operating system your purchases will be processed through the STRIPE service with Credit Card)
